Due to the fragile nature of our products, cost of packaging/shipping and reinduction into our warehouse/website, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Under special circumstances, where a return is approved, a 30% restock fee will apply. Delivery fees paid are not refundable. 

If you find a product to be defective or damaged once opened, please contact us at within 24 hours of delivery with your name, order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to request further information & photos before providing a resolution. Damage claims received after 24 hours of delivery will be rejected.
