All orders are professionally packaged and are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days from Melbourne. Peak periods may cause further delays. Pricing is based on order size and destination. All items are sent with online tracking, transit cover and by default; will be sent registered.

We highly recommend providing a street address where someone will be present to receive your delivery. The Pot Project won’t be liable for any delays that arise for not being able to sign upon delivery. 

Important note: Please be accurate when supplying delivery address details as The Pot Project will not be liable for any charges associated with return and re-delivery charges, or be liable for any loss of products as a result of incorrect/insufficient delivery details. Insurance is completely void under the circumstance where an incomplete or incorrect address is provided (this includes not supplying a business name if delivery is being sent to a business address). Insurance is also void if a redirect is requested and fails.

 

RETURNS

Due to the fragile nature of our products, cost of packaging/shipping and reinduction into our warehouse/website, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Under special circumstances, where a return is approved, a 30% restock fee will apply. Delivery fees paid are not refundable. 

If you find a product to be defective or damaged once opened, please contact us at care@thepotproject.com.au within 24 hours of delivery with your name, order number and reason for return. We reserve the right to request further information & photos before providing a resolution. Damage claims received after 24 hours of delivery will be rejected.
